Satisfied with my purchase. Headrest is a little low compared to other chairs

I found the chair rally comfortable and keeps my body in the up-right position all the time. There was an initial issue where the back support was not balanced properly but then later realized that it was my fault and I incorrectly installed it. The only issue I see is that the headrest. I am 5ft 10in and believe that the headrest should have a been a bit high to support my head and not my shoulders. Overall this is a really good chair. The material used is really good and front is designed not to pinch your nerves too much.

The chair was very easy to assemble. Comfortable for sittinglong hours. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was advertised/displayed with the arm rest that NOT ONLY go height wise up and down but shown as the arm rest going upwards so you don’t have to use them when you don’t want them.

This is a nice chair and definitely meets the description. It arrived a day ahead of the date given when I ordered it. I was able to assemble it with minimal issue; one of the three screws on an armrest would not thread correctly. Rather than deal with getting an entire new bottom seat I decided to take my chances with just two screws. So far it's working fine and the mesh is much cooler for all-day sitting.

It’s overpriced. It’s not bad but I returned it (trying to actually low rating also due to return policy folks read it first!)My wife said it did not have a good seat. Too firm.
