When I sat in the demo chair it felt like a hug for my body. Ahhhhh That feeling remains. This chair is perfect for me. The headrest hits just right to fully support me when I join the meditation group on Zoom (LOL only in 2020). I'm also fully supported as I sit sometimes for hours at my desk. I love its adjustability and how well it supports my low back. This is one chair I would highly recommend. And I found it on sale! Even better.

Two big negative issues: 1. The chair back cannot be fully locked in place. Even in the "locked" position it reclines an inch or so. It's maddening to try to sit still in this chair. Buy this if you enjoy nonstop front-to-back wobbling. 2. Mine came with a small tear in the mesh near the side edge of the seat. I'm sure this will eventually spread making it unusable. Seems to be poor quality control. At this price point I wasn't expecting a top-of-the-line office chair but even my modest expectations have not been met. I can't wait to get rid of this thing.

Now that so many are working from home this was the perfect answer to spending all day “in the saddle”. A very comfortable chair and a great value for the cost!
