I can not heap enough praise on this chair except to say that it is Fabulous and far greater than the Derriere that anyone can heave on it. Assembly was simple and sweet all screws are color coded numbered and indexed to the instructions Staples even supplies the Hex Wrench (1 fits all screws). It is Extremely Comfortable and adjustable the mesh both back and bottom allow full airflow so nothing sweats. I have arthritis in my back and can my Lumbar being supported even when fully reclined. There is one fault and this might be personal preference the headrest can be raised and lowered and also pivots up and down perpendicular to your shoulders it is Convex (like a football) so it gives the pillow effect but I WOULD LIKE THE HEADREST TO BE CONCAVE OR AT LEAST FLAT WITH SOME SLACK BECAUSE I THINK MOST PEOPLE WHEN THEY PUT THEIR HEADS BACK WOULD APPRECIATE THEIR CHINS TO POINT UP RATHER THAN TOWARDS THEIR CHEST. STILL THE Staples Hyken Mesh Computer and Desk Chair Red (50218)is THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED MASTERFULLY CRAFTED AND SIMPLY A MARVELOUS CHAIR 5 STARS HAVE FUN& BE SAFE Your Faithful Patron

Needed a new chair

The staff at the store were very helpful. I was disappointed that there was not a sample set up to try first. Also the box did not have a lot of detail on it. I wanted to be sure that is was adjustable so that I could sit ergonomically. The associate looked it up on his cel phone and assured me it was. Putting it together was quite a feat. the parts were quite heavy and difficult to maneuver. Now that its up and rolling around I love it.

Good quality chair- especially for the price. Also the best instructions for assembly that I've seen. Well done.

I now have one of these in the office and one at home. Two of my co-workers have purchased this chair after trying mine. It is cool and supportive and has enough features to be extremely comfortable for lots of different people. This is a great chair.

Great office chair very comfortable and easy to assemble. This is the 3rd Hyken mesh chair I have purchased. The first one is in our winter home then I bought one for my daughter and now I have one here in our summer home. I highly recommend this model!

This is the most comfortable desk chair I have owned and the style fits in with my home. I love that I can sit in this chair for hours.
