the head rest has to be removed because it pushes on my shoulders when im sitting upright but it is comfortable when leaning back and resting head. although the headrest can be adjusted by sliding up and down also can be tilted it still touches top of my shoulders and is annoying. i can probably put plastic spacers between headrest mount and chair but will need to buy longer mount screws as well.

Uncomfortable chair lumbar support gives me backache

The lumbar support pokes into my back after an hour of use gives me severe backache. Cannot remove the support can only move it up or down by a couple inches which doesn't help. Also the head rest is uncomfortable hits the shoulders. I solved this by removing the headrest entirely. Don't be fooled when you sit on it for the first 5 minutes it seems very comfortable. Try sitting for an hour or more and you will see what I mean.

This chair is one of the best office chairs I have ever used. 1. It arrived on time in a solid box with no dents 2. it was easy to assemble 3. it supports the body when sitting down and has a tilt function. I am very pleased

The Hyken Mesh office chair was easy to assemble(20 minutes). I find the chair sturdy comfortable easy to adjust and supports my lower back extremely well. I found nothing to dislike about this office chair. I would recommend it.

Support when working from home.

After having visited my local Staples store where I viewed the various options for a home office chair I selected this one as it was comfortable reasonably priced and not too large for my office. I ordered in store (easy) had it shipped directly to my home (easy convenient and quick) and assembled (not too tough). While the chair is a bit heavier than expected (my husband had to carry it upstairs to my office as I could not lift it) it is sturdy and I am entirely pleased with it. Oh yeah the store price matched the lower Staples.com price!
