Chair is Amazing but...

I really want to give this product 5 start and it deserves it. However I cannot do this with a whole heart because of the shipping. While shipping was quick (two days in a time when ordering a chair could take months) the actual package arrived BUSTED OPEN on both ends top and bottom. That made me feel very uncomfortable and I was worried that some of the parts were damaged or missing. Luckily everything was in place and the chair itself is wonderful. I really do recommend the chair.

Im 5'3" 130 lbs. I is very comfortable. Low back support is great. Love the head rest however it would be nice if I could adjust it down a inch or two. It supports my head but I really have to sit up tall for it to cradle my neck the way I wanted it to. If you'r over 5'5" this will not be a problem. It is adjustable but it just rocks back and forth not really up and down.

I bought this chair for my home office because I thought it would be good for my back pain. It is better than most but not as good as I thought it would be. Especially because of how much this chair cost I expected better. It wasn't to hard to put together.

I’ve only had it setup for a day but it was easy to set up. I did look up assembly video online to go along with the instructions. So far so good. A whole lot better than the chair I had before. Great back support.
