Lumbar support

Lumbar support appears to be a little low even at its max height setting. Wish it would raise higher to the middle of the back. Also head rest needs to have a height adjustment on it. overall its comfortable. Just the little things that would make this chair fantastic at little cost.

It's no Herman Miller Aeron but it isn't bad for the money. Bought 3 of these for my home-office two for my GF and one for myself. She didn't have any trouble with hers but I found the lumbar support to be completely uncomfortable. I had to partially disassemble the back-rest to remove the lumbar support entirely but it's good now. If you do decide the lumbar is uncomfortable I recommend removing the back from the chair first before trying to remove the plastic guard. I played hell getting those screws out while it was still attached.

Awesome chair when working from home

So happy I purchased this chair. Very comfortable to sit in when working 10 plus hours a day in my home office. Love the head rest and reclining features. Worth every penny.

Love the chair but wish the head piece would be adjustable higher and lower. It tilts but is still a bit high for me.

Love this chair a lot. Cheaper than similar competitors too. Building it was a little challenging and I still can’t decide if I want to keep the headrest on but overall amazing chair. Super comfy and high quality. Very happy I purchased this one

Great Chair

Chair is great! I've had an old leather office chair for years and debated on buying a new chair for months. Since I've been working from home since the pandemic started I decided to try this chair out and it's a lot better on my back compared to my old one. I especially love the mesh on it since the leather on my old chair damaged easier due to temperature and overall wear and tear.

Chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. Love how the screws were separated into pouches for each step. Good amount of adjustability and the chair reclines a pretty good way back. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the headrest doesn't go high enough so it can dig into my shoulders if I am sitting upright. I'm only 5'7" so I imagine for anyone taller the headrest may be unusable.

This chair Has to be one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever bought. Very easy to assemble. . This mesh style won’t go flat Like your conventional cushion chair. Highly recommended
