The best I can say is that it is very well ventilated. Now the seat is too narrow for me (pinches on the sides of my legs where it curves up. The head rest is a joke really need that thing on a work chair? Same thing for the arms not needed if you are really using it for work unless you absolutely can’t keep your balance. Luckily it was easy to loose those bad boys. Finally the castors the ones this chair came with are hard for carpeted floors. I’ve always had a pad under my chairs at my desk whether there was carpet or bare wood on the floor it saves wearing out both surfaces. So I had to order extra castors. Altogether I would have looked for another chair.

Wish the neck rest was adjustable by height. I'm 5'1 and it hits me right at the back of my noggin would have loved it if it hit me at the curve of my neck. Lumbar support is on point.

This chair is amazingly comfortable and the lumbar is just right. I have sat in other chair where i felt like I was being stabbed in the back. This chair has enough adjustments to make is perfect for multiple heights. Only complaint is the default headrest. If you are above 5' 5 the headrest wont work for you out of the box. Luckily its SUPER easy to fix. Google "Hyken headrest mod" and you will find very detailed instructions with pictures. Its literally remove 2 screws flip a piece over and screw back together. This raises the headrest a few inches and is now PERFECT (im 6 feet tall). 100% would buy this chair again.

We received the Hyken Mesh chair in red in record time. It came overnight! I love the red color and it was very easy to assemble. It is heavy and sturdy. The seat is very hard and I wish I had gotten a chair with a cushion seat instead of mesh. This is my first try with a mesh seat and I with I had not risked it. I work from home and sit for 8-9 hours a day yet I have to get up and give my bum a rest. Also the arms do not go down low enough and the headrest is too high. I am 5'5' average height and weight. I think this would be better for a tall male. I did get a cushion for the seat which makes sitting more comfortable and also raises me up a bit so the headrest and arms are at a good height now. But I am fussing with the cushion. For the money I think I could have gotten something more comfortable and better fitting.

So far I love this chair. Really comfortable I can sit in this chair a lot longer then my last one!!! Install was easy. Worth the money!!!

After 3 months of sitting in an uncomfortable chair working from home after quarantine I finally broke down and bought this chair. It’s significantly reduced my back pain and is very comfortable to sit in all day. I wish I would have purchased on day 1.
