Unless you weigh less than 100 lbs avoid this chair!

I sat in the Hyken and the Dexley in a store and found them pleasantly firm. The one just delivered to me? I think they replaced the mesh (on seat and back) with elastic. I can measure the seat deformation in *inches* when my 120 lb son sits on it. It's going back in the morning it won't last 5 minutes. The really annoying thing? Staples wouldn’t accept my prepaid Visa so I bought gift cards from a 3rd party. Now my refund will be in gift cards I will never use!
I had been watching for a chair like this to become available at a sale price. It finally did. I had one at a prior workplace and wanted to get one for my home office.
Having back/lumbar issues and now working remotely from home regularly; needed a more therapeutic model. Although I thought a bit pricey (most other brands were on 'sale' at the time so I figure this one must be popular). But other more therapeutic models cost even more. Only one minor issue; could not adjust headrest vertically only the rotating adjustment worked. Simply loosened the mounting screws and used a filler item for the gap for a good fit. Otherwise it's been great.
