Very clear assembly instructions and hugely comfortable. This is the fourth Hyken Mesh Task Chair that my family has bought. One of our sons who has chronic back problems reported that after one month of using the chair his back is 100% improved.

the back support is hard the mesh is not as soft as originally thought miss having a cushion on the seat. I had to add a lumbar support pillow as the hard plastic that is the lumbar support on the chair became painful. Not good for desk if you have to sit for a long time...

Hyken Chair is almost perfect

The Hyken chair is amazing except that the head rest will not adjust very much. I’m on the taller side and the head/neck rest won’t go up high enough to accommodate. That said the chair is solid I would strongly recommend.
