I LOVE the chair. It is extremely comfortable which is necessary because I spend what feels like full days sitting in it in front of the computer. It holds my frame well comforts my head when I lean back and magnificently it allows me to relax...or just plain nap...by tilting back to a level that I can control with the lever. That tilt feature is THE BEST. Almost equally as important it is attractive - particularly the stylishly red/black color and the near transparence of the mesh. It can be difficult to find a chair that's not a basic brown or black. Those colors are fine...but don't fit well with my office decor. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the color and the sheer'ish fabric that does not overpower my work space. I spend A LOT of time in my office and require items that are a good fit - both physically and aesthetically. However none of this would have been possible without the assistance of the salesperson Joyce who spent a lot of time with me discussing the merits of the Hyken verus other seating options. Joyce helped me to make a very sound decision. Thank you Joyce. Thank you Staples for having outstanding employees such as Joyce.

A very comfortable chair with possible improvments

The chair is very comfortable and seems to be made of good materials (combined metal and plastic). Having the adjustable arm rests is a huge plus compared to other ergonomic chairs that don't have them. I have both lower back and neck problems and I am happy with this chair. Some things to know though: - the head rest only has 2 different angle settings. - the parts in the back of the chair where the metal piece connects with the plastic seems to not be connected so tightly. It does not come apart at all but just looks as if it is broken. - the mesh material is not so soft so if you are sitting wearing shorts it might be a little unpleasant for some people. This is probably the same for all mesh chairs.

The chair is wonderful. I was able to adjust it to fit very easily. The only thing that annoyed me was my shopping experience. I wasn't offered the purchase online deliver to the store for assembly on tax free Sunday. I needed a chair so went back on Monday to review my options. That is when the online purchase was suggested. The first chair came to the store damaged and I had to wait an additional day. So I paid extra for tax and had to wait after my promised delivery date - the store didn't offer anything to offset my additional cost and aggravation.
