Very comfortable....I'm 5'3" and this chair is ergonomically perfect. Not sure yet about headrest. I'll try it without the headrest so see the difference. Sturdy well-made. Found exact same chair at BJs for $40 less! Shop around.

Haven't had it for long but seems pretty good so far. I'm 6' 2" ish 175lbs and it fits me well; headrest could use a little bit more upward range but the rest of the dimensions work fine. Good quality good size and an excellent price; hard to beat.

I have a much more expensive chair at work but this is a quality almost-as-good one at a very reasonable price. Solid support sitting for many hours reasonably adjustable solid construction. Great moderate-price solution and MUCH better than chairs that cost almost as much. The extra price is worth it.

A very comfortable chair with possible improvments

The chair is very comfortable and seems to be made of good materials (combined metal and plastic). Having the adjustable arm rests is a huge plus compared to other ergonomic chairs that don't have them. I have both lower back and neck problems and I am happy with this chair. Some things to know though: - the head rest only has 2 different angle settings. - the parts in the back of the chair where the metal piece connects with the plastic seems to not be connected so tightly. It does not come apart at all but just looks as if it is broken. - the mesh material is not so soft so if you are sitting wearing shorts it might be a little unpleasant for some people. This is probably the same for all mesh chairs.
