Chair disappointing

I had high hopes for this chair but after sitting in it to work for less than an hour my back was in spasms. I tried again the next day and had the same result so I returned the chair. I am a small person (5’2”) and although the chair will adjust some it wouldn’t adjust enough for my size.

It has all of the features I was looking for and I am more confident in Staples as a store than other online sellers. The only downside is that even after careful assembly and adjustment the back and head are a little crooked especially the mesh on the head. I would still recommend this chair.

Should have listened to the other reviews- I'm 6' & 200 lbs- which is both too tall & too heavy for this chair. The mesh isn't tight enough to support the weight so it drags right away. My wife is 5'2" and much lighter- she really likes the chair. So depending on your size this could be a great chair.

Beware pre-made holes for screws.

Everything was great except the screw that the headrest didn’t work. It seems that the grooves for the screw were already worn out or just not functional. The headrest won’t stay straight and I can’t get a screw in it to hold it. I’m disappointed. The attraction was the great alignment from head to toe.

Comfy chair for wfh

This is better than my dining chair used in wfh. I love that I can tilt it to relax once in a while from typing on the laptop. It just fits my body perfectly like when I tried it in store.
