I have used this chair for a couple of years. now and it caught my eye today again while shopping for something else. It's still running well. I'm tall and weighing in at 240 and this chair is intact 95 percent. Let me point out that I am 10 hours on this thing. It's comfortable and well built. The only thing that shows signs of wear and tear are the arms. I must also point out that the headrest is a little annoying and needs more flexibility and adjustability. I usually just move the headrest out the way as its a little off for my height at 6ft. But all in all A great chair. would buy it again. Let me also point out that I actually found it on sale when I purchased it. Definitely a must-buy!
I'm a non-mechanical woman 40+ who would rather go to the dentist than assemble anything requiring tools. But here I am 30 minutes later with a fully assembled desk chair. After reading the last review (arms too close) I only tightened those screws 90% and waited until I'd tried out the finished product. Was able to loosen the arm screws and slide them out as far as allowable (and also moved the seat back out to the farthest possible setting) and found this chair incredibly comfortable. Not thrilled with the headrest but know my husband will like it. This is a surprise for him to replace a totally annoying leather desk chair with pneumatic lift failure. I'm sure he will love it. Especially like that there are so many settings to customize comfort for more than one user. Thanks for the great design Staples!
An office mate recommended this chair to me and I am so glad they did. I am excited to go into work just to be able to use this chair. Excellent support (adjustable lumbar support!!) and just the right height for the arm rests so I don’t get tension in my shoulders. Will probably buy a second one to keep in my home office. 100% would recommend!
