This is the most uncomfortable ergo chair I've ever sat in. The back offers no support it leans back so far I feel like I'm going fall back and hit the ground. The seat has a lip that digs into the back of my knees. It's the worst. Staples return policy is only 14 days and I didn't get it put together in time to return it. Plus the box was so heavy I couldn't have gotten it into my car. Hate it! I will never buy a chair online again.

Got my chair today and after I assembled it I realized the gas lift is broken and the handle flip up and down without doing anything.

There was a little glitch with the chair that staples took care of within 24 hours. Excellent customer service. My son is sitting in his chair a lot for virtual schooling and being a gamer and he LOVES it! I sat in it too and it’s so comfortable. Worth the price!!!
