Comfortable. Headrest is high if you’re 5’6” and under however it can be removed or a pillow can be placed on the seat to elevate your body so that your head as level with the headrest.

Lack of seat tilt capability

I like all of the adjustability of the chair except that I can't change the tilt of the seat. The leading edge of the seat is too high for my comfort in my normal seating position. I would like the ability to lower the leading edge of the seat (change the tilt angle of the seat component).

This chair is very well built having a solid feel to it. The chair can be reclined locked into reclined positions and also raised and lowered as desired. I love the lumbar support of this chair. Just about the only thing I don't care for is the headrest -- it seems a bit too low for me unless I'm reclining the chair. But this is by no means a deal breaker! The chair is otherwise very comfortable! Since I'm working at home all day chair comfort is very important.
