Very comfortable easy to customize to your comfort. I chose to build mine. I took my time it took about 30 minutes and instructions were straightforward. You do have to lift the chair over the base. Encourages good ergo. My back and shoulders are thanking me for this purchase.

The only reason why this is a four star review is because this chair's wheels are VERY difficult to move on carpet. However I still would highly recommend it if you don't mind making a small investment in replacing the wheels with new caster wheels. With that said if you're short the replacement wheels will bring up the lowest height of the chair by an inch or two.

This chair is great for the price. I needed lumbar support and adjustable arms. Sat in chairs at the store and decided on this model with headrest. Bought it in line and saved money. Assembly was easy enough. I did use my own hardwood safe wheels. I highly recommend this chair for the price. Hard to beat.
