I'm not an office chair expert but for 2 weeks now this chair has been comfortable and cool (temp) for full days in the office. It's also pretty sturdy and was easy to assemble.

This chair is great and worth the money! Easy to put together all tools included. Beyond comfortable. The added headrest is great as well. I am 6'2 260ish male and holds my weight great! I can say by far the best office chair i have sat in. Working from home now long hours this chair does wonders. Also has a small lumbar device to adjust behind the seat.

The armrests can’t be installed wide they’re too narrow. Otherwise great chair sturdy looks good and is comfortable. I recommend.

My wife and I like to go to the store to try things (if possible) then buying online. We went to Staples and they had the Hyken on display. We both liked it and ended up buying two (his/hers). For the price this is a very good seat. For sure there are better chairs but you will have to pay more. This chair was in our budget but ended up paying more because we bought two of them..lol.

Great Chair - Great Price

After WFH since this pandemic garbage happened I finally decided to get a more comfortable chair. This one for the price has been great so far. The neck/head rest is a bit forward leaning for my liking but it can always be removed. So far I've left it and have it set lower on my neck so it's not as far forward. Overall though it's a pretty great chair!

I'm a 6'2" woman with long legs and love the fit of this chair. My husband at 6'3" has a long torso and is not comfortable in it. The neck support fits the name of my neck but interferes with his shoulders. Suggest sitting in the store before ordering. Love the lockable angle recline and the lumbar support. Great for watching TV too!
