My only complaint is that the all-plastic wheels don't roll as easily on my slick floor as my last few chairs have and they turn sideways and slide. I will probably put down something on the floor to fix that at some point. The rest of the chair is great.

I was beginning to think that I had a sciatic nerve issue as a result of my old chair. This chair has relieved all lower back and leg pain. Very comfortable and great quality/build. So glad I got it...wish I would've done it back in March when I first started working from home. Better late than never. I'm 5'9 ~150# and it fits me perfect. I read some reviews that suggested it might not be a great selection for a large person but it's a perfect fit for me. All the adjustments I need/want. Especially like the option to lock/unlock the recline feature. Head rest is nice too. Based on build quality I expect to get many years of use from it.

My chair is SO comfortable. Since I’m short I like the fact that it comes down low enough for my legs to feel comfortable. It also has good back support.

Th chair is easy to assemble has multiple adjustments and the mesh makes it breathable and supportive for all pressure points. I am 6'1 and the maximum height is just about right for me. I could have probably used another inch. The headrest is not very useful for me either. So if you are above 6' I would recommend trying the chair before buying. I am not sure if there are taller options available. The first box I got looked like it was repackaged. The seat and back were still in original cover so I did not give it much though. It was after I bolted together all the parts and try to attach the base to the seat that I found out that the main pillar that support the seat and adjusts height was broken and had metal piece sticking out from the bottom that should not have bene visible. Had to haul it back to Staples and get another one. The associate saw the issue right away and exchanged it. It was probably returned earlier due to the same issue and whoever repackaged it did no notice the damage. So frustrated by the extra trip and having to assemble the chair twice.
