I walked past this chair multiple times while I was in the store. I had no intention of trying it because it has features I usually can't stand in an office chair. There were around 15- 20 chairs in the store that I tried and I just couldn't find the one. Let me say I am so glad this is what I chose. The mesh seat is so comfortable. I was worried it wouldn't be because there is zero padding but somehow it just works. It easily changes height and back positions. I love that you can recline fully but it doesn't give you that jerky feeling like the chairs gonna tip all the way back and you're going to fall out. It reclines so nicely I feel like I could take a nap in it. The adjustable lumbar support is also very nice. The one feature I thought I would absolutely hate was the headrest. Historically I can't tolerate a chair that goes above my shoulders for more than a minute or two. It's just always feels like it's in the wrong position. NEEDS TO BE JUST A LITTLE WIDER

Great warranty very easy to put together in under a 1/2 hour. Fairly large weight limit at 275#. Only issue I have with the chair is that it needs to be just a little wider between the armrests. I have severe scoliosis and the chair is just tight enough that I rub one of the armrests almost all the time. Another inch or two would be very helpful to someone like me.

For the price I paid (on sale 60+% off) this is an excellent chair and an excellent value. Feels like a vintage AERON chair mesh seat and back. It is sturdy and quiet when I move. Loving it!

I am six foot one and I hate this chair. The head support fits me right between the shoulder blades. I can't lean back. Reviews that say it's a great chair were either written by children short people or are outright lies.

This chair is very comfortable - good lumbar support and adjustability. I am 5’4 and my husband is 6’0 and we both found the chair to be comfortable. Like how it can be locked in a slightly reclined position. Love the airflow from the mesh. Took one star off because while the headrest does rotate up and down it extends out slightly too far when I am sitting in a fully upright position. Bought the chair on sale and like everything else about it so may just remove the headrest if it continues to bother me.
