I found what I was looking for without any issues. A clerk was very helpful in the purchasing process. He assisted to taking the item to the car which was greatly appreciated. The experience was good all in all.

I wanted a simple comfortable chair that is easy on my back and legs. This chair fits the bill. The chair rises and lowers it also sways back but can lock to stay straight. The arms are adjustable to go up and down but not sideways which is not a big deal. There is a head support but I don't really use it as much. My only concern is that the wheels do not lock so you will slide if you move quickly. Overall a nice sturdy chair for my working from home.

Gifted this chair to my mum who's been working from home. She wasn't sure it would be comfortable due to the mesh but ended up liking the chair for it's comfort and numerous adjustments. It was also fairly easy to assemble.
