The packaging was kind of a mess. Makes me thing maybe this one was returned by someone else. But the chair is easy to put together and pretty comfortable. Definitely don't regret the purchase.

I purchased one of these chairs a few years ago to use at home and have loved every moment of it... so much so that I just bought another one for my desk at work. It’s a great chair two thumbs up 5 stars!

I always liked Staples chairs but the quality declined over the years. I'm glad they got this one right

All absolutely wonderful: This is a solid chair strong lower back support good arm rests with changeable positions moves around well while swiveling and moving across the floor quiet during movement allows me to lean far! back with stability raises up and down well. I love the mesh seat and back as I get very warm on fabric covering. One item doesn't work the head/neck rest which has 3 positions it's in a funky position I can't use it. ***** But I love it!
