Very well made and designed. I like it but I think it was made for someone shorter than myself. I'm 5'8". The arm rests could be longer and the back and headrest a little taller. However the lumbar support is excellent. A good buy. Assembly was not too difficult but I am an 82 year-old female and there is quite a bit of lifting and twisting involved. Ignoto.

Sturdy comfortable chair. The mesh keeps you cool while sitting in it. The headrest is worthless though. I'm 6' and the top of my shoulders touched it so I had to remove it. However the chair is perfect without it so I didn't remove any stars for that.

Good chair. The adjustment of back support is a bit weird. Make sure to try it out in a Staples store before buying. Different models felt quite different. I'm happy with my chair.

I recently purchased a mesh work station chair for myself at Staples. My wife has been using hers for a few months and finds it extremely comfortable and very functional for her needs. Both chairs were purchased at Staples where we usually buy our office needs. We find the prices reasonable and always take advantage of the Staples Rewards points. I need to mention that the personnel is helpful and make themselves available to answer any questions we might need. Jorge is the associate who recently helped us. He is very personable and walked us through the process from showroom to the register. He excused himself very politely from some other customers and promised to return when he was finished helping me. Jorge made me feel my business was important to him. I would recommend to purchase the extended warranty. It was very reasonable and provides all inclusive protection.

Very comfortable

Due to Covid I have been working from home and sit staring at my computer for hours. I was sitting on a cheap kitchen chair for 7 1/2 months before my back shoulders and neck could not take it any longer. My only regret is not buying this chair sooner Since using it I have noticed a great difference in my back and shoulder pain.
