The packaging was kind of a mess. Makes me thing maybe this one was returned by someone else. But the chair is easy to put together and pretty comfortable. Definitely don't regret the purchase.

Very comfortable & supportive

I work from home full time and was experiencing back neck and arm pain so I upgraded my home office chair. I went to Staples in Freehold NJ to test out some chairs and settled on this one. The dimensions were just right to match my desk and it felt super comfortable and supportive. Cannot speak on how it will hold up long term because I have only had it for a week. Nor can I speak on the assembly because I paid for them to assemble it for me. However I will say that my neck & back pain have already significantly decreased since I began using this chair. My arm pain has decreased some but still lingers because I have to type a lot. Anyway I recommend trying out chairs in store first if possible because they have such a variety of great chairs & price options to choose from. Also the staff at Staples in Freehold NJ were excellent- very attentive helpful and informative.

I wasn't impressed with the previous office chair I had from Staples but I endured it for several years. One day my wife sat in it at the computer and was outraged at its discomfort and instability. We then shopped at a nearby Staples store tried this chair and ordered it on line for delivery at home. Assembly was easy enough and the chair is most comfortable; it also has a very classic and professional look in the office. I'm pleased to give it 5 stars and recommend it for any office or gamer use. I'm also pleased that Staples is a staple in my office.
