I didn't think I'd like the headrest but when I do lean back in a conference call it's awesome. The lumbar isn't as adjustable as I'd like but at the sale pricepoint I'd be whining. Not sure how long that mesh seat will last but I'm sure it won't ablate like that bonded leather. Worth a spin!

I bought the chair twice so hopefully that explains the rating. They seem to have improved the leg design a bit but this chair is identical to the first one otherwise. I have had the original several years (I'm honestly not sure when I bought it) and appreciate the simple comfort adjustments and head rest. I am actually not replacing the original I simply needed a second office chair in another part of my house. The design improvement was regarding the black plastic pieces on top of the chair's base. On the original they are loose and sometimes pop off. The new one doesn't seem to have that problem. I consider it cosmetic and never thought much about it. It is simple practical and doesn't look bad in my offices. I would generally recommend it.

Comfortable chair. The head rest is nice in the reclining position but in the way when the chair is in the upright position. I would have given 5 stars if the head rest flipped back behind the chair back rest. The head rest is removable held by two allen head screws.

While people may not be into mesh chairs I find myself really liking this chair. Easy to assemble and I was able to do it in under an hour. Very comfortable and would be more than willing to buy another chair.

The chair arrived as scheduled and I found it easy to assemble (preferring not to pay for the pre-assembled fee). It feels comfortable and sturdy and gratefully doesn’t squeak when I turn in it (which I do while watching 360 degree virtual reality videos). I haven’t decided whether to keep the headrest attached. It’s comfortable but sometimes I want to lay my head back. Fortunately it’s removable by removing two screws. Anyway I’m very happy with this purchase.
