One of the easiest to assemble items I have ever purchased. Besides that a great and comfortable chair. The young man at the store was extremely helpful and I wish I recalled his name to give him proper credit. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

My old office chair was plush but it didn't recline which was ultimately a deal-breaker. This chair's reclining feature is what was missing BUT the chair is hard as a rock and the fabric is super sticky. Also. the chair is a bit tight fitting. In hindsight I should've purchased the Dexley as it supposedly has those features that is lacking in the Hyken. But I don't really want to go through the hassle of returning because I am too busy with work and stuff so I'm keeping it.

Stopped my Backpain

Before this chair I was sitting on a foldable metal chair that was stripped of its very minimal foam cushioning. I didn't know it at the time but all my backpain came from that chair and I had just assumed that it came from sitting too long regardless of the chair I sat in. This chair has changed that and for a fair price this chair allows me to sit comfortably for 8+ hour days with no pain. Definitely one of my best purchases.

Good for lower back when you have to sit extensively

I had this chair when I was an associate at a law firm where I worked 10-13 hours a day 5-6 days a week. The previous chair was killing my lower back. This one was much better. I ended up buying one for my home after leaving the job no complaints yet.
