I’ve had the chair for a couple of weeks and I’m very pleased. It’s really comfortable! The head rest is a smidge high for me (the angle is adjustable but not the height) but it’s still usable. It wasn’t a primary feature I was looking for in a chair plus I’m 5‘1“ so I wasn’t really surprised.
