I was using a yoga ball chair which was causing my already hurting back more pain. The Hyken Mesh is very comfortable and it has improved the quality of my life. My daughter assembled it in about 45 minutes. There is good lumbar support and the head rest for me is the only feature that I wish was a bit differently shaped but I may just need to keep adjusting it. I bought the red one and it is a darker red and very attractive. I recommend that you strongly consider purchasing this chair.

I tried out every chair on display at my local Staples (about 30). This chair won hands down for comfort. I've only had if for 2 weeks so can't report on long-term use but it feels solid and gives good back and neck support.
