It is a good chair for that price. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the head piece and the arms would go higher. I have to kind of slouch down a bit if I want my head to be supported. Other than that it's very comfortable.

Very comfortable. Easy to assemble. If the arm rests were adjustable this chair would be perfect especially at this price point. I would definitely recommend this chair

Good Quality easy to build and materials feel really nice. Instructions for assembly were actually a dream (yes most assembly instructions suck). Would definitely buy another one.

Very comfortable every part of it is adjustable. Very easy to assemble. Would highly recommend it. We decided not to use the head rest and just didn't install it works better for us like that.

Easy to assemble and very comfortable. We didn't want to spend a fortune on a home office chair but needed the features of some of the high priced chairs on the market. Comfortable seat good lumbar support and easily adjustable. The headrest is a bit awkward and doesn't adjust as much as I'd like but you can easily remove it. Overall very happy based on the total value.

This chair for the value is great it arrived really fast and put together in a flash. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a sub $200 chair.
