I’ve had the chair for about a week and I’m really enjoying it. It’s got everything I needed from neck rest adjustable arms lumbar support and lean and lock capability. The mesh is a nice cool touch as well 😊

Chair was very comfortable once assembled. Assembly instructions could have been better but was pretty straight forward despite that shortcoming. Unfortunately after only 2 short sessions of use the mesh tore loose from the supporting frame on the seat (lower) part of chair. There was no abuse my wife is 5'3" and weighs about 135 lbs; so no undue stress occurred. Total time of use was less than 4 hours when this occurred. Our local Staples service to return the chair was excellent. However loss of the time it took to haul home assemble return chair is a big disappointment. We liked the ergonomics best of this chair vs all others we tried. However due to our experience on durability of the mesh fastening system we cannot recommend this product and would suggest exercising caution on any chair with mesh construction.

The chair is just as comfortable at home as it was in the store. It was fairly simple to put together too. The hardest part was putting the wheels in—my very strong husband even had a hard time. The colored and labeled screws and pictures were so helpful though. I am looking forward to many years of comfortable use.

Got this chair in red after i got the black one for my 11th grader who had been using one of our hard dining room chairs. He gave it such high marks i was convinced it was high time to replace my 27 year old home office chair (that I also got from Staples). So glad I did! Very comfortable. The adjustable back and head rests are the best things about. Worth the $

This is a comfortable basic chair. The adjustments to height and tilt work well. My main complaint was that the height of the head rest isn't adjustable (only its angle). I ended up just taking it off because it was pushing my neck forward. Lumbar support is also ok but I will probably end up getting an extra support cushion so I can sit further forward.

Nice comfortable chair. SUPER EASY assembly. I couldn't believe it. Everything was clearly marked with "Front of Chair" indicators (to make sure you're not putting something on backwards) and screws are packaged in numbered pockets (1 2 3) corresponding to the steps where you'll use them AND they are also color coded. Best assembly instructions / system on anything I've ever ordered. I almost paid for assembly but that would have been stupid this was so simple. Did it by myself.
