I had this chair in a different color for years and it held up great no wear very comfortable and not too difficult to assemble. I switched out the casters right away for rollerblade style wheels and it works great with them. It's adjustable and ergonomic though there are limits- the neck rest isn't high enough for me so I took it off. But I'm happy with it and consider it a great value.

Immediate Comfort

This chair was an immediate winner the moment I sat in it. It perfectly conforms to my body and the adjustments you can make for the backrest and headrest allowed me to position everything perfectly. Leaning back feels especially comfortable even if it's not practical for work; sometimes I just need to kick back for a minute or two. My only minor complaint is regarding the mesh seat. While after 4 weeks it seems perfectly fine I'm concerned about the deterioration over time. All it takes is one loose zipper to accidentally tear the mesh apart and the rest will give out soon after - at least that's what it feels like. Hopefully it's thicker than I give it credit for but that won't be known for a while. For the price and comfort it's good value!

Good chair. Great value

The chair replaces a previous version of this chair. It is comfy. My only complaint is the latch that locks it is different from prior. The prior would let you lean back about 15-20 degrees before it locked. This one doesn’t and has 3 lock positions. 90 120 and 135. The issue is when it’s locked it doesn’t go forward at all. It holds it there instead of having the movement from 90-120 before stopping. This is annoying. Not deal breaking but annoying. However this is not the only chairI have tested that does this. Past that the chair does exactly what’s needed. Proper suppor and comfortable for hours of use. Just watch your weight. If more than 275 the piston will wear quicker.

Seats starting sagging after one year

The chair was nice and firm for the first year but now the seat is loose and sagging it is difficult to sit and feel uncomfortable. Looking into warranty coverage.
