The chair itself is very comfortable. It's lightweight and moves around easily. The armrests are pretty firm but have a little bit of cushioning. My only complaint is the headrest. It can be adjusted up/down and rotated but even at its highest setting it is too low for anyone taller than probably 5' 8" unless you are reclining in the chair. There is a modification you can make to the headrest to bring it up another inch or 2 but it's not easy: you have to unscrew the bracket that's connected to the back of the headrest and flip it upside down (change it from a smiley face to a frown). To do so you have to unscrew 2 screws that are behind the mesh and the only way I was able to do it was to stick a narrow screwdriver through one of the holes in the mesh. Truth be told you don't even really use a headrest for normal office chair use and you can choose to not install it at all.
I had been sitting in a regular dining chair while WFH and needed to upgrade to a proper office chair. I went to my local staples and tested out a bunch of chairs and this stood out as a clear winner. I work for 12+ hours at a time so I've really put this chair to the test and can say its been a big help.
I was very satisfied with the build quality of this chair and it's unique adjustable features. The assembly was very simple well-written and made perfect sense every step of the way. Note: This is a heavy chair when fully assembled (as are most) so you may need a second person to help you hold it while you manage that. P.S.- Appreciate the speedy delivery! Was told 4 days until delivery received it the next day! (Without express shipping!)
Very breathable. Very sturdy. I suggest using your own allen wrench to really tighten the screws to prevent it from falling apart down the road. Skipped the neck support. I wish the arms went lower.
I love my maroon chair. I like that it holds my head/neck up when it feels heavy after a few hours of staring at my computer screen. I enjoy the mesh seat as it's more cooling in the Texas heat. And the maroon color is super chic in my opinion. The only slight negative is the edge of seat is covered with foam (or something) but you can still slightly feel it through the mesh at your thighs. It's been about a week and I don't notice as much anymore but it did take some slight getting used to it. I love the recline feature too it's super comfortable. My husband got it in gray and loves his too.
Not bad. Head rest needs more adjustment capability

The chair arrived in a box. Assembly was easy; I used the emptied box as a prop during the process which helped. Instructions were sufficient. The most significant down-side to this chair so far is that the head rest is a bit too far forward. It pivots a bit but not enough for the necessary repositioning. I considered simply removing it but I'll see how noticeable it is over time.
I am 5' 8". Very comfortable chair definitely recommend it however it may be small for a bigger person especially because of the head rest that may end up against the upper part of your back.
