Highly recommend this chair

Only had for a week but very comfy. I’m about 5’6” and 145 and it’s supportive of my head and lumbar. There are many ways to adjust it to your needs. Set it up in about 30-45 minutes with one other person and fairly straightforward setup. And it comes with a 7 year warranty against normal wear and tear.

Very Rough Fabric and Too Aggressive Head Rest

The size of the chair is great for me (height: 5’ 6” and normal weight) but the fabric is really rough. It’s like a bunch of wires rubbing against my skin. My roommate has an Apron Herman Miller chair and the fabric is completely flush and smooth. Also the fabric has more tension. Of course the Herman Miller chair is way more expensive but if you can find a used one for $400 that would be way worth it in my opinion. You would think that it can’t be that hard to use fabric that is smooth instead of rough... The other problem with this chair for me is the head rest. It is way too aggressive and stick out way too much causing my head to be stuck out when I see on the chair. After the first day of using it I actually noticed that my neck hurts so I had to remove it all together because there wasn’t any adjustment options. Over-all it is an alright chair and significantly cheaper than the Herman Miller Aeron chair but I am pretty disappointed.

I'm average height of 5'11" and this chair is too short for me. My shoulder touches the headrest when I sit straight. I had to remove the headrest to make it usuable.
