The lumbar support isn’t all that comfortable and the back of the chair always makes my shirt come up and then the mesh rubs my skin in an uncomfortable way. Other than that the chairs nice.

I picked up this chair having previously used a luxurious well worn family executive chair. I was looking for support but not the same comfort that I was used to having. There’s a difference between lounging in a super comfy chair and sitting in this task chair-it lives up to the name. It’s setup to feel just the right amount of back support to encourage sitting up straight without it being rigid or too firm.

Easy on my back and lumbar area when sitting for long periods of time working from home. The mesh allows for air flow so I don't sweat and stick to the seat. And I like the Red color - something different than boring black.

Great chair ergonomics...flawed armrest cushions.

For me the chair is great. I love the ergonomics of the chair. The only drawback for me is the armrests. They’re not as comfortable as my previous chair. The FlexiFit armrests caused my left elbow to develop ‘Elbow Bursitis’ and because of that I ordered armrest cushions. Other than that the chair is near perfect for me.

Hydraulic cylinder lasted 30 days!!

Overall the chair is comfortable (although more compact than my last chair - tighter feel). In the last week I started having problems with the hydraulic action. Sometimes the chair would be stiff and not go down at all. Yesterday it just sank to its lowest setting when I sat on it. Very disappointed for a $200+ chair. Going back to Staples today to see what they can do.
