Easy to put together maybe 20 minutes top. Came with all the parts and was straightforward if you read the directions. Good back support

Sitting Comfort for a Reasonable Price

My Hyken chair was delivered within 3 days of purchase. Assembly was straightforward easy to comprehend and was completed within 30 minutes with no tools required other than the supplied hex wrench. The chair is stylish easy to adjust and comfortable for my 5'11' 190 lb. frame. I am well pleased with my purchase.

I wanted to like this chair but...

I really did want to like this chair. But in the end after trying it for a week it was just too hard due to the mesh material. There is no give on the seat bottom. It's way too hard to sit in there is no comfort or padding. I returned it and bout a Tempur-Pedic office chair which is very comfortable. Thank you Staples for letting me try them both out to find the best one for my home office. :)

A well made chair at an affordable price. The headrest is too short for anybody approaching 6 feet and it might be more comfortable without the lower back 'support.' But on the whole a good chair

I like the chair but it has some negatives for me. I had to remove the head rest because it is not high enough above the chair back. The other thing is that the lumbar support does not adjust high enough and it will not stay in its highest position. I am 5 foot 11 inches and have a long torso.
