I love this mesh chair without a doubt its very comfortable and sturdy only complaints I have are minor compared to the things I do like about it. The headrest was uncomfortable for me in its original position and I wish the seat itself had softer cushioning to fold your feet into without feeling like it's hurting your skin. With all the negative said this chair serves me well for both tasks I got it for gaming and working from home both require sitting for long periods of time and when I'm done nothing in my body hurts which is a huge plus it keeps my posture just right. It reclines just enough for me to not feel like I'm gonna fall and the feet glide gracefully when I need to turn off the light switch. Overall 4.7 will be my official score thank you staples and chair manufacturer.

Not the right chair for me

I have a small frame. I enjoyed the chair at first but after using it almost two weeks while working from home I had lower back pain. The curvature of the seat messed with the alignment of my back. I'm returning in favor of a chair with a flat seat.

I have had a gaming chair for a couple of years a secret lab one and this chair just blows it away. Gaming chairs are good for aesthetics but just do a poor job at being a chair. Theres 2 things guaranteed with a gaming chair sweaty butt and and a hurt back. I got this chair about a week ago. Assembly was easy took about 20 minutes its very comfortable light lets my butt breath. Theres actual lumbar support and im 6ft so the headrest doesnt work when sitting but works when laying on the chair. Overall 10/10 chair very enjoyable sitting experience

Very comfortable and easy to put together and the operation is very smooth. The gas lift telescopic cover was cracked on arrival in the box. I called the 800 number and after a few questions they shipped out a new one. Great customer service.
