I was impressed by the comfort of this chair! It's mesh makes it breathable if you're working in a hot room and the back/head support is great! It took me about 30-45 minutes to assemble and it's great quality! Well worth the investment for working at home during the pandemic.
I love these chairs. I just bought this one for a second office so now I have one at each desk is use! I can spend an 8 hour work day in them without issue. The mesh is very comfortable and the head rest adds a nice touch when you have a minute to kick back!

This chair is comfortable sturdy and well made. I have had the exact same chair at my office for three years. I had to start working from home due to the pandemic so I decided to buy a second one for my home office. I now have two Hyken chairs. The burgundy color is beautiful and the material amazing. I highly recommend it.
Everything was straightforward setting up. The chair is comfortable and love the tilt! However my arm chairs are uneven even if you put them at the same setting! Not really sure who to contact about this though
I'm 6'1" and 200lbs and this unit would be great if I were about 2-3" shorter. However I can feel the head rest with the top of my back and shoulders when sitting properly. Everything else is great though. I may be missing something that would allow me to raise the backrest to position the headrest higher but then I think the lumbar support would be too high... Like I said in the title good for the money.
I've been using this chair for at least 6 months now and I wish I could return it. I'll get what I don't like out of the way: the mesh back for me is too stiff and the lumbar support is too high digging into the middle of my back and giving me upper shoulder/back pain after prolonged use and my lumbar area is not really getting any support. I'm 5'7" and I payed the full $230 price tag in store because I really needed a work from home chair. The rest of the chair is fine. The mesh seat while not the most comfy doesn't cause me any actual discomfort. The headrest is fine too. The chair becomes actually pretty comfortable if I drape a thick blanket folded up a few times over the backrest or sit on the blanket folded up a bit to give me some extra height and get the back support in the right place. But I wish I didn't need to do that.
