Started getting backpain with this chair

i am 5'7" tall. I never had backpain. after using this chair for couple of days I started having backpain and headache. the lumber support is pinching all the time. There is no way to remove lumber support plastic thingi.

Tapped out my old $150 “gaming” chair for this and I’m not sure why I didn’t do it sooner. This is THE most comfortable chair I’ve had so far. Doesn’t even seem like I’m sitting for that long anymore. Would buy again and again.
