but close enough - main complaint - can't get arm rest down far enough to rest arm on it and handle a mouse- nor can I can swing it out of the way If i lower the chair it works but i'd prefer to be higher so my legs aren't bent

I had this chair at work for 4 years and loved it so much I bought one for my home office! So comfy! Head rest is great! Adjustable arm rest! Very well built and solid!

All 3 of my WFH siblings swear by this chair. It is better than what I was using but there's something about it that's not life-changing. I will say my neck does not hurt after 9hrs. Would recommend!

I'm not small but I'm not large either. I had this chair for almost a year but the foam at the edge is falling off leaving my thighs to rest on hard plastic. I feel like its too tight on the sides. If I could buy another chair I wouldn't buy this one.

Everything is good except one item - the headrest does not go up enough for anyone that is over 5ft 8inch tall. If you are shorter than it should work for you. I'm 5ft 9inch and because the headrest is not really adjustable to go up higher I end up shrugging making sitting in the chair uncomfortable. I threw the box out so I couldn't return it...ended up giving it to my 13 year old son.
