The price is good. The packaging and instructions are also good. Assembly is straight forward. So far the chair seems okay. The only issue so far is the headrest. It is comfortable when I am leaning way back but not when I am sitting up right.

It does seem very comfortable but I just got it and cannot vouch for how it will do in months to come. Once thing that doesn't please me is that it's less expensive than what I paid just a week ago I'm very short under 5 feet so the depth of the chair might be an issue for a tall person because it's just fine for me.

Warranty replacement went very smoothly. Staples replaced my 3 year old chair with a new one. AWESOME. Warranty claim on Friday Afternoon replacement at my Door Monday afternoon. AWESOME!

Comfy for my rumpy!

I am not a long-legged tall fashion model and a lot of office chairs seem to be built for those statuesque types. This chair is not too deep - fits my diminutive stance very nice. My feet can be flat on the floor without cutting off the circulation to my legs and posterior - no sleepy butt! This chair is comfy on my rumpy - thank you!
