I tested this chair out briefly in the store and thought it was comfortable especially for my size (I'm 5') but after a day of using it at home I'm definitely not a fan. The lumbar support is extremely aggressive and it feels like it is bruising my lower back. The mesh is really rough and scratchy and the headrest placement is awkward/far forward. The seating positions are also awkward -- you're either super upright or super reclined. Thankfully I still have time to return it!

Very easy to set up and looks great. At 5'6 I find this chair extremely comfortable and perfect for long sessions of computer work.
