It was easy to assemble with clear instructions and everything needed was included. It looks exactly like I expected and it's pretty comfortable. I'm 5'2" and I was able to adjust the lumbar and neck supports for just the right spots. The reclining back is nice it goes far enough back when I want to just lean back and think at my desk.

Uncomfortable. Hard to sit in for hours at a time.

I honestly wish I would not have purchased this chair. Although I sat in it in the store either mine is different or I just didn’t feel the effects yet. Either way impossible to sit in for more than 30 minutes. Waste of money.

I really like this chair so far. My only concern is that the mesh seat won't hold up but I won't know that for a while I suppose. It's VERY comfortable.

I have had this chair for a few years now and I absolutely love it. It keeps my body in perfect posture form and the mesh is still like the day i bought it!!! You cannot go wrong with this chair!!!!!
