My wife and i looked at all of the chairs displayed at the Elk Grove store before deciding on this purchase. We were very fortunate to be helped by a young Associate by the name Dave. We were pleasantly surprised that Dave was knowledgeable about all of the chairs on display. Dave had the assistance of another gentleman named Bill. What a pleasure it was to have a great shopping experience because of two outstanding employees. The Manager of the Elk Grove CA store should be very proud of these two Gentlemen. The chair has been working out very well.

If you are 6"+ tall do not buy the chair. The head read is not adjustable and your shoulders will press against the head rest making it uncomfortable. It is not nearly as comfortable as my last chair that I had. Not worth the $150 I paid for it.

Easy to assemble except castors require fair amount of strength to push in. Only used short time so hope it holds up to average use.

It was easy to put together. Packaging was suspect but all pieces were included. Its very comfortable with good lumbar support. The color (red) looks great.
