Two Chairs Purchased - Excellent So Far

I wanted a chair with excellent lumbar support and a useful headrest at a fair B price. I think this chair fills the bill. I bought one a month ago from Staples for our second home and I liked it so much I bought one for my home office too. So far both operate well and offer a firm ride as hoped.

The assembly instructions were easy to follow and not hard to complete. The lower back support is excellent. The head support is very nice.

My husband loves this chair so when I needed a new one I bought the same. Gave me spasms. I am 5’3”. Lumbar support is too rigid and the bottom edge is too harsh. If you don’t like the Aeron you won’t like this. Of course the problems ended up taking more than the 14 days and I missed my window to return it. Plus how was I supposed to take it apart and carry the enormous box back to the store for the return?

My wife and i looked at all of the chairs displayed at the Elk Grove store before deciding on this purchase. We were very fortunate to be helped by a young Associate by the name Dave. We were pleasantly surprised that Dave was knowledgeable about all of the chairs on display. Dave had the assistance of another gentleman named Bill. What a pleasure it was to have a great shopping experience because of two outstanding employees. The Manager of the Elk Grove CA store should be very proud of these two Gentlemen. The chair has been working out very well.
