The mesh seat is comfortable the lumbar support is perfect and the head rest is a bonus. While the head rest does rotate front-back it does not adjust up-down. This is fine for me at 5'9" but if you are any taller it will not hit your neck properly. I knew this was the case from video reviews and expected it to match my height. The arm are adjustable too but I did not attach them. The chair is great without them if you also prefer no arms. It tucks under my desk better when not in use w/o them. The height adjustment has a a decent range. The rocking has sever perfect features: first it leans back without raising the front of the seat which is best for leg circulation there are three locking position in addition to free floating and finally the tension adjust ranges from very firm to loose. It was a great purchase.

This chair is a god send I am 6' 1" and I am a skinny Indian 14 year old that sit at his computer all day. Now I am a power user once I sit down I stay for at least an hour and I have managed to pull 8 hours in my other chair. The only two issues that I see is that the bottom mesh is not the best for comfort and that the headrest digs into my neck. To solve the bottom mesh you could get a mattress topper and shove it in the gap and for the headrest just don't attach it. One of issues that I couldn't solve is that the arm rests are hard to move up and down and they stick. I do believe they use a standard mount so it might be possible to get a pair from Secret Labs for $60 and all you have to do is add some washers and a new hold or two. That is why I gave it a 4 star review. I feel that you paying a premium and not getting what you should.
