Nice chair but arms don’t swivel as advertised

I like chair - it is very comfortable. I am disappointed that the arms do not swivel as described on the product page. Also why am I forced to give five stars for the review. I tried but cannot change

I don't really know id the comparison is based on the "Thrift Store" office chair I've been utilizing for more than a decade of the "advancements" in the chair technology but my back is very appreciative!

Super comfy office chair

I've had this same chair for years. It was the best and most comfortable chair out of the 30 or so I tried. When the gas lift started to give out I happily ordered a new one of the same model. I've recommended it to several friends and office mates. It's good for back support and keeps my rear from getting too tired of sitting at my desk.

Good chair but not great for short people

I really like this chair. It's comfortable and it leans back a perfect amount for me. However one thing I dislike and the reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that it doesn't go low enough. I'm 5'5" which is not even particular short for a woman but my feet BARELY touch the ground. If I lean back they are several inches off the ground so I have to use yoga blocks as a foot rest. If you're any shorter than 5'5" I would recommend not getting this chair.
