The chair worked out good. There was one chair I liked more (that cost more) that I didn't get because it didn't have the head reast like this one...It has helped my back though already!

This chair is very adjustable and helps to alleviate back pain. Only drawback is the headrest is not made for short people and I am 5'1" tall.

Headrest is pretty much useless

I'm 5 10" and the headrest sits a little too low down in my opinion and it pushes your neck forward a but. it also does not sit evenly so one side sticks out more that the other. Also you can't adjust how far out the arm rests go. In my opinion they sit a little too close to your body

After about 5 or 5 days I really like this FlexFit™ Hyken Mesh Task Chair Black (UN59460) I sit in it about 6 hours a day. Very adjustable and comfortable.

The chair took 30 minutes to assemble. It is comfortable and once set up fits well into my home office environment. Two caveats. At its lowest setting it still sits up a little higher than my previous chair which means that I am now a little higher over my non-adjustable height keyboard tray than before. This is not the chair's fault so just make sure you measure your particular desk. Also I wish the arm rests were a little bit further away from the seat. This is not adjustable once you tighten the screws that mount the arm rests. It would be great if they provided an additional inch on each side as my elbows currently fall just at the outside edge of each armrest.

I like the feel feel of the chair when I sit down however after sitting in it all day I find my back hurts. I do not think the seat is not firm enough. I'm giving it another week just to be sure it is the chair and not lifestyle but if I'm still in pain I'll be returning it.
