It’s better than my other non office chair. I wish I could afford the ones they have at work but for part time home working it’s fine. Seems pretty sturdy and as it’s recently purchased not sure long term.

Construction is reasonably easy all parts are marked and the hardware is specially packaged. The quality is... worth what you pay since this is a low-end price for a specialty desk chair. The adjustments are stiff and cheap and have only one or two spots not infinitely adjustable. THE HEADREST: just don't bother putting it on. It thrusts way too far forward and is not adjustable front-to-back you won't be able to sit up straight with your back against the chair back.
