Its a pretty good chair. Most of my grievances are with the lumbar support cushion though which is very important to me as i am an artist and I sit at my desk doing work for hours at a time and i need good lumbar. The cushion is too far low into the seat. It pushes into my lower back instead of fitting to the natural curve of my spine. It does adjust but it never says where you adjust it and it falls to the bottom within seconds of you sitting in the chair. I had to super glue it into the highest position. And for anyone curious im not a tall guy im 5'6 so its not an issue of me being "too tall" for the lumbar. The head rest is great tho and it's a comfortable chair. Really a shame the back support cushion is lacking because otherwise would be a fantastic chair

5'2" - good back support - feet touch the ground -- ergonomic -- it works

Hi --- 5'2" woman customer here; work on I-Mac computer about 5-6 hours/day. COVID work at home froze me in my old Dansk chair. I was looking for ergonomic chair lumbar support adjustable headrest rocks back decent comfort. Not at a high price. This chair gives me just what I need. I added an "Everlasting Comfort" seat cushion. Before I stood up after working a couple of hours and it took me a while to straighten out and for my hips to stop aching. Now I can get up answer doorbell figure out what Hubby is calling upstairs about -- and I'm not frozen into muscle cramp/stiffness. Most of the Staples chairs were too big and clunky for my size. Like Goldilocks I checked them all out (about 18 of them on display). This one fit just right.

This FlexFit™ Hyken Mesh Task Chair Black (UN59460) is very comfortable and inexpensive. I am very relaxed while sitting or lounging in it. Highly recommended.
