Not good for average height female

The back is too high (I'm 5' 5") and there is no way to adjust so the headrest just pushes the top of my head forward. Some of the pre-drilled screw holes did not align and had to be "shaved" with a drill bit to put it together. Otherwise it's fine.

Too small arm rests need to be adjustable (in/out). I would not recommend it for big and tall.

This chair is comfortable and seems to be of good quality and was relatively easy to assemble. I was excited it was so adjustable however it still seems too big for me (I'm 5'6" & avge proportion). Seat doesn't adjust relative to the back so it sits a little low and I'd need the entire chair to adjust a little higher and the arms a little lower. Guess I expected more of a range for adjusting. But overall a very nice chair.
