This chair is good for the price. The arms are a bit narrow but pretty good overall. The seat and back are also pretty comfortable. The rolling base is surprisingly good. The head rest is completely unusable unless you are under 5 foot tall. The curved portions of the headrest that protrude forward are touching the tops of my shoulder blades and I'm only 6'2". I had to remove it to make the chair usable. The older office depot Quantum $299 chair was miles better in every way and certainly worth the price difference.
Had staples put the chair together and leave the arms off. Can finally pull up to my desk without hitting the desk top. They did a great job put chair together and gave me the arms incase I change my mind or desk. Chair is very comfortable and easy to maneuver around from desk to desk to printer. Excellent review!!!
it has a seat a back legs wheels and arms--what more can I say ? it's a nice chair I like it better than my step ladder but then i never knew my real ladder.......
