Nice Chair but wish it was a more adjustable

Chari meets expectations. Some minor struggles with assembly: plastic from of chair back was slightly cover the screw holes for the head-support insert but after some flexing of the plastic it went in. It would be nice if the head-support was more adjustable along the length of the neck. (I probably have a longer than average neck so the support does not support my head perfectly.)

Easy to assemble with an extra set of hands (can still do it alone just takes a bit more time). Came nicely packaged clear instructions. The chair itself is very comfortable and has a good amount of adjustability. I especially love the arm rest height adjustment. Hoping for good durability - if it lasts 2-3 years I'll be super happy with it! Used by someone with average build 5' 10"
