MISSING ALL HARDWARE

Chair was missing all hardware and instructions ...screws seat cylinder etc. Return it got another one opened the box at the store and it was also missing all hardware and instructions!

The chair is too small I am an average built person and this chair feels too stiff and small. There is no lumbar support at all.

The neck rest was lodged in my shoulder-blades. It's designed for someone 5'4 at the most. Removed the headrest (which was a big part of why i bought it) and I can actually sit in it at least. But that's after the first one showed up broken and they sent two replacements

I sit for prolonged periods since I work remotely from home & was experiencing back pain. I bought this chair & its been terrific. I love it! It's extremely comfortable & my back pain is gone. I highly recommend it.
