The front cushion of the seat wore out less than a year after purchase. When contacting the manufacturer they argue with you about the part that needs to be replaced. They want to send only the cushion and not the whole SEAT section of the chair.
I finally went shopping for a replacement chair for my desk at which I sit a great deal. I picked one very good chair. But then saw this one and tried it out. Very comfortable with good support for my rather trim frame. I liked it so much I bought it in addition to the other chair and put it in another room where I also have a desk. I thought if one does work or I tire of it this is an alternate. I haven't sat much in it yet but I really like it. And the other chair is faux leather so it doesn't breath like this one. Fairly easy to assemble but is a bit tricky as it comes in many parts so took a tad longer than the other chair. I just put on some happy music and went to work. Glad I got it.
I needed a chair to work from home because the wooden chair I was using wasn't cutting it. I went to Staples and sat one a few before settling on this one. I liked it because it's a little narrower than some of the others and the armrests fell in a more natural spot for me (they're about 18" apart). I left the headrest off because I thought it was a little weird but that's just personal preference. The mesh firmness is also just right (I rejected others for being too soft or too hard). My only complaint is that the mesh texture is kind of abrasive so I sat on it in shorts one time and regretted it. Easily fixed though by putting a blanket on the seat (or wearing pants). It was easy to assemble very clear instructions and labels on the parts. I'd personally recommend going to the store to try them out if you can but if not I can say that I'm very happy with my choice.
